I've co-founded two startups, one of them acquired. On the PM side: BBVA México, Guros, and ClearMechanic, across Insurtech, Fintech, and B2B SaaS. I do discovery, prototyping, and shipping. Not just the roadmap. These days I build AI-native products: concept to live.
